Welcome to LaserCut, developed by Coda Lure Interactive and published by Sole Proprietor Ihor Diadchenko ("we", "our", or "us").
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the iOS version of the Game distributed through the Apple App Store and explains what information may be processed when you use our Game, why it is processed, and what choices you have.
By using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account.
We do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
However, the Game uses third-party services that may process certain technical information necessary to provide advertising, process purchases, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on how you use the Game, this information may include:
- Device identifiers (including the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA), if permission has been granted)
- IP address
- Device model
- Operating system version
- Language and region settings
- Approximate location derived from your IP address
- Advertising performance information
- Fraud prevention information
- Purchase status required to restore or unlock the ad-free version of the Game.
We do not maintain our own servers for storing player information.
2. Advertising
The Game displays advertisements using Google AdMob.

- deliver advertisements;
- measure advertising performance;
- prevent fraud and abuse;
- improve advertising services;
- comply with legal requirements.
For users in regions where consent is required, the Game may display a consent form provided by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized advertisements are shown.
On Apple devices, the Game also uses App Tracking Transparency (ATT). If required, you will be asked whether you allow tracking for personalized advertising.
If you choose not to allow tracking or decline consent for personalized advertising, you may still receive non-personalized advertisements.
You can change your tracking preference at any time by opening: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
Google processes information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
3. In-App Purchases
The Game offers a one-time purchase that permanently removes advertisements.
All payments are securely processed by Apple through the App Store.
We never receive or store:
- payment card information;
- banking information;
- billing address.
Apple only informs us whether the purchase has been successfully completed so that the purchased feature can be unlocked.
Apple processes purchases in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
4. Third-Party Services
The Game currently uses the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Google User Messaging Platform (privacy consent)
- Apple App Store
- Apple In-App Purchases
These third-party providers process information in accordance with their own privacy policies, which may be updated from time to time.

The list of third-party services may change as the Game evolves. Any significant changes will be reflected in this Privacy Policy.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
